How well does the “ab roller” work compared to actual crunches?
I do old fashioned crunches right now, but I’m just not sure that I’m doing them 100% correctly and I want to get the most out of my workouts. Has anybody had experience with the ab roller? How well does it work verse an old fashioned crunch? The ab roller that I’m referring to is in the link below, thanks!

I have the ab roller and i LOVE LOVE it….it supports your back and neck and makes doing crunches so easy..i adverage 200 a day…regular crunches i would be lucky to do 50…i saw results very fast!
